Sam Pack's Five Star Ford Body

Staff were nice but its a Ford Body shop. The Picture are my Daughters Ford Escape. Its 40 months old and the paint is peeling. Staff were polite hence 3 stars Ford get 1 star look on the internet and you will see its a common problem. They choose to ignore it.

I recently brought my truck in for repairs, and after weeks of waiting, my rear sensors still aren’t working. I reached out to Nicko, who promised to fix them, but I’ve yet to receive a follow-up call or any response from him. I even asked to speak with a manager, who also promised a call back, but that never happened. Unfortunately, I CAN NOT recommend this collision center based on my experience. Nicko, please improve your customer service and follow through on your commitments. I’m still waiting for my sensors to be calibrated.

I recently had the pleasure to do business with Michael and his people. From start to finish his office staff and body shop employees provided excellent customer service and support. I was able to drop off and pick up my 2021 Ranger after hours. They truly went the extra mile to ensure that I was informed in a timely manner of any changes in my scheduled repair. I should also mention that I received fair pricing and total transparency in my billing. In truth, this is what i have come to expect from Sam Pack's Ford.

Great work on both our vehicles with hail damage. Nicko has been great to work with. Been using them for years anytime we need body work and they always do a great job.
