We needed some major work on our Chevy. Leak issues that hadn't been fixed well before, some maintenance, new front tires. Same Day Auto and Mitch were very helpful, they advised us in advance that certain repairs would be costly. We accepted their bid because the repairs were necessary in the long run. Work was done speedily over a day and a half, we were kept informed about the process. Car drives much better now. A couple days later we received a call to inform us that a small issue had been fixed but erroneously overcharged. The shop refunded over $70 dollars. Much appreciated. I will continue to use their services. Good place for repairs and tires.

Great new shop in Owasso to get all your cars needs taken care of. Dave and Mitch have been great with me personally. They’ve kept me informed of the condition of my vehicles at every visit and given me a thorough breakdown of what is urgent or what can wait and to keep an eye on. If I ever want to check something they are very accommodating and will check it out for me whilst I wait most times.

They straightened out my car alignment and now its driving better than it ever was, not to mention, the increase in my MPGs from that. I did have a slight issue with the steering wheel afterwards, but i was able to bring it in and the team over there took care of it with ease and no charge. I brought my car in for a scheduled tire rotation and balance. I was told the service would be free, which I accepted but did raise a concern since services like this aren’t usually free. I left feeling unsure that any real work had been done. I decided to get a second opinion the next day just to confirm that my service was done the day before. The second shop confirmed that my tires were not properly rotated or balanced and were still uneven. This means I wasted time and mileage driving roughly 30 minutes to this appointment for a service that was either incomplete or not done at all. What concerns me even more is the inspection checklist I was given. It showed everything on my car as “cleared,” including rear rotors which my vehicle does not even have.
