I have been dealing with them for over five years and Victoria is truly amazing!!! She always goes abov and beyond the call of duty to ensure that policies or changes to policies are processed on time. I met Victoria by luck years ago when I was having issues with some of my policies and my broker wasn't helpful and she helped me even thou she wasn't my broker at the time and she was so patient and caring throughout the process so when it was time to renew my policy I knew without any once of doubt that I would be switching brokers! Thank you Victoria you are amazing an I would lose my mind if you weren't my broker!

I have bad experiences with Victoria and as well as her main office which is in Brooklyn. I suppose get my money back about $2000.00. She never gives me. I called her and other assistant lady pick up phone. She always said Victoria is busy and I will tell her call you back. But they never call back and never pick up your call doesn’t matter how many times you call. Calling them about 8 months now. Still they not respond me. I never recommend this insurance Agencey to any one.

I did insurance renewal last week.This Monday I called to ask if my insurance got renewed.They let me sent email and never give feeback.Today I went to their office,they said the price got raised.But they never call me before.How ridiculous the service!
