UPDATE: As of November 2025 (I bought the car in April 2025) The car no longer runs. Sammy J has not reached out to me at all and has made no attempt to rectify the issue. Terrible business. I might’ve well flushed the thousands I gave them down the toilet. If you want a car sold to you with a major timing cover leak, dry rotted tires, power steering leak, mirror covered in brown junk that is covered by a hideous aftermarket blindspot mirror, a car with 3/4 of the center caps missing, AND a car that leaks transmission fluid the day you take it home, look no further! This place seriously took advantage of me as a young person buying a car by myself for the first time. The car they sold me is not safe to drive. It has stalled out on me numerous times, and has left me stranded. I don’t mind

What a great experience purchasing a car here, everything was smooth from the start to the end. Got a new Camaro and I couldn’t be happier. I have really bad credit and they were able to get me approved with only 2000 down, my APR was crazy good! And Sammy what a guy! He’s been in the business for a long time and knows exactly which banks to deal with and is overall very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Sammy J Auto Sales is incredible. I needed a new car quick and they were able to sell me a Honda accord in great condition, with new tires, a brand new audio system, and paint job as well. The atmosphere is relaxed and it’s very comfortable to hang out as they handled everything for me. They were even able to tow my old car and salvage it for me complimentary. Most importantly, they are just good people. Family owned business, and they just want help people however they can. I will definitely return again when it is time for a new car, and I don’t see a need to look anywhere else.

On November 15th, 2025, I purchased a 2015 Chevy Tahoe from Sammy J Suto Sales location at 4182 El Cajon Blvd., San Diego, CA. I requested they give me a warranty in which we agreed. They ensured that that SUV ran great and if there were any issues bring it back to them. Less than two weeks after driving it the Check Engine light Illuminated and the Tahoe started running rough. I took the Tahoe back to them for a diagnostic and was told by their Sales Manager that according to their mechanic the engine had an injector 3 problem and the cost to repair it would be $800. I dropped off the Tahoe and paid them $350 towards the repair. I also requested that Sammy J Auto Sales provide evidence of the repair (receipts of new parts being ordered, pictures of old parts taken out etc.). A few days la
