Sharing a message. I went to this tire shop on March 4, 2026 for a front tire replacement. While traveling to work on (March 5,), I noticed my tire pressure was going down. Assuming I needed a plug, I went to another tire shop. Surprisingly, I found out my tire was not put on my rim correctly. Paying a additional ($15) amount because of this place being careless. I went back on today, March 9. I was hoping get some kind of good customer service. Yet, this guy totally refused to fix the issue, no refund and basically showed that he was not obligated to do anything . Beware, do not take your vehicle here.

I took my car in for suspension work, and it was returned with a massive crack in my windshield. The owner did not take responsibility for it and now I have to pour even more money into this car to replace my whole windshield. Definitely do not recommend coming here. I couldn’t get a good photo of the crack, but it’s at the base of the windshield and it’s now spreading across the entire windshield. UPDATE: They did my suspension wrong and I now have to have the parts replaced which costs more than it did the first time. Sketchiest shop I’ve ever heard of.

Mar. 2018 I wanted to write an updated review since I finally came here for service other than state inspections. I'm keeping this at 5 stars! My wife's car was quoted a price for 3 fluid flushes/exchanges at the dealership for 100K-mile service. I brought the car here for the work and saved $100. While I waited for over an hour due to several cars ahead of me, I watched customer after customer come in and be greeted by Sammy with a handshake and catching up.
