Sam is always very professional. He is honest and doesn't try to take you to the cleaners, so to speak. He only fixes what you need, and if he notices something that merits cause for concern, he is quick to call and let you know. Honesty and integrity is hard, if not impossible, to find in that particular profession these days. 100% recommend.
