BEWARE because Big Boy Joe is a straight up scammer! Not only did he misdiagnosed my problem but quoted me a ridiculous fee. ($2,800.00) I went to another shop and my repairs were diagnosed correctly and the repairs were completed within 24 hrs and the cost was only $380.00 Parts and labor. Can't recommend Sam's Auto at all and I honestly feel like the two times he did repairs for me I was probably overcharged (both repairs were over a grand) Who I will recommend is Ron at Presison Auto in Irondequoit! The man is as honest as they come and takes pride in his work.

Complete scam, I needed a receipt for previous work for tax purposes and Joe wanted to charge me 100 dollars because they don’t computerize the receipts…this is why I stopped getting work done with them as well all they care about is taking your money
