Sam's Car Wash Self Serve - Manassas

Do not come this place! I really like to wash and vacuum my car by myself but whenever I come this place the machines take money but time doesn’t count!!!!! Every second time I put money to the machine it goes for nothing!! When I look somebody to ask about this there is never somebody at the place…

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience at this car wash that I had to share. I can’t remember the manager’s name (horrible memory), but he was incredibly nice and helpful. Even though it’s a self-serve car wash, he took the time to personally help me clean my car and made sure I had everything I needed. When the machine almost took my money, he stepped in right away and helped me get it back without any hassle. He was super accommodating, friendly, and personable the entire time. You don’t see that kind of customer service every day & it made a big difference. I’ll definitely be coming back because of him!

First self-service I've been to that makes you exchange currency for TOKENS. The vacuums don't suck well and the bay I was in was packed with dirt

The touch free automatic car wash is not worth spending your money on unless your car is barely dirty. There wasn't enough pressure to remove day to day road grime.

Update: I did have a negative experience with the wash machine not working right and wasting my tokens and left a 1 star review. The owner responded to the review and provided his email to reach out and took care to address it quickly and I am satisfied with the resolution. They may not be perfect, but they do care and want to help if you don't have a good experience. Thank you!
