Sams Club Tire and Battery Center

Sam's I35 and 15th, Edmond, OK. 2 days before Christmas. Appointment time kept. Agreed work performed well. No surprise charges. Area clean. Friendly service. 5 tires. Wish they did alignments.

Joe and Luis were absolute legends. They diagnosed my leaking tire in 3 minutes and then repaired it rapidly. They even helped me as I was trying to carry my groceries to my car. All in all highly recommend.

Most walmarts will air up our tires for free. It's nice. This was one of those things. Sometimes, while Im there I will discuss things like tread depth and it helps me keep track of if I should buy new tires and other preventive maintenance. They don't ever push me to buy something but are always helpful if I want to buy a service or an automotive item.

I’m afraid I will never use any Sam’s to purchase tires again - the story of our experience with Sam’s is really beyond belief - first we purchased a tire on line - when it needed repair the local shop said we would have to purchase a replacement on line since they did not carry the tire - so we had to purchase the tire then go back to the store to have it installed - next when we had a flat and we attempted to have it repaired at a Sam’s near our work we were advised that they could not do the work because each Sam’s is an independent store - Is that not absurd ? Finally when we took the tire to the store which installed it we were told the damaged was caused by hopping a curb - I have hopped many curbs in my life and never had a flat - needless to say we will purchase our replacement fro

Scheduled a simple rotate & balance for noon. Showed up on time. Told it would be an hour. Walked up an hour and a half later to see if it had been finished & was told they hadn’t even started. Had to get our keys and leave without even getting our tires balanced. The truck is shaking because they didn’t balance it correctly last time we got them balanced. They were taking walk-ins ahead of us. We have small kids and it’s hard enough waiting an hour, let alone what would have ended up being well over 2 hours. The excuse was they only had two guys, which is totally understandable (if you’re not taking walk-ins ahead of those who proactively scheduled). Everywhere is short-staffed right now, but tell me that when I get there and that the hour might actually be 2+. Not angry, just disap
