Great customer service from Derrick, terrible service from the manager Brent. Had to take my vehicle back 4 times and still had to take it to a dealership for resolve only to find out it was not balanced right. Brent’s response was “ we can take our tires back and give you your money” after informing him that my car was shaking after installation. On the 3rd call, he told me to “ have Derrick to look at it since you like him so much”. Unacceptable response from a manager. I won’t do business with him ever again.
Tired of excuses for Cafe being closed due to staffing.
