Always had a good experience here until today. DO NOT trust them with your vehicle. I had 2 new tires installed which went well, but then when they replaced my wiper blades they cracked my windshield. THEN they lied about it. Unbelievable. He tried telling us that the crack was there when we dropped it off, but I think I would know if my windshield had a massive crack in it. If you look at the pics it it obvious that they did it. Travis, one of the sam's club store managers, was great and helped us file a claim and make things right but I would not trust them with your car. I just cant believe the auto center was trying to gaslight us like that. Take your car to a different Sam's.

Was here to get air in my tires, which Sam’s club installed, for 20 minutes, with multiple men working. Was seen but completely ignored and not even so much as acknowledged by anyone. I don’t mind waiting. Just don’t be blatantly rude to customers. Extremely poor customer service.

Way too lazy. staff who do not care about the customer. 1st I called and check and confirmed with a mechanic there that they can fix the flat tire even i did not change tires from Sam’s-as I have a membership. So we made an appointment and stopped by there with a tow truck. As we arrived there, a man called himself who’s a manager said they cannot repair it by looking at a picture. I am not an expert, however i do know that area was repairable. I asked if he can check the tire, because I could be wrong, but he did not want to check. However this expert manager did not want to see the tire with his laziness and lack of his role. The picture was just a piece of a rock, not a nail. I ended up fixing the tire from other shop he recommended. I ended up paying at the shop, but i do not care abou

Go over there to buy some tires and they would be ready to take your money. Go back for them to check and fix a nail and they would give you 5000 reasons why they don’t want to do it , but at the same time asking you 10 times to buy new tires. You refuse all 10 times and they would try to sell you 2. Again , if you have a flat tire , they would not fix it , when it clearly says that they have to ( as part of the package ) … I’m never buying from them again. Full of it … All the manager care about is selling you tires and talk to you like you’re stupid and don’t know what you’re talking about
