Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Website states, "We offer free car battery replacement at our Tire & Battery Centers for most vehicles. Our experienced car battery team can help you find the right battery and install the replacement battery quickly." I sure wish I'd been informed that cars with batteries in the trunk are EXCLUDED before I made an appointment with Sam's Club 9/26 @ 11am, canceled the appointment with my regular mechanic, showed up at Sam's on time and was told that policy prohibits installation of batteries unless they're under the hood :( Many cars have trunk mounted batteries now, including my BMW, Mercedes-Benz, as well as several Chrysler/Dodge models, and some Chevrolet models.

Brought my honda in for tire service and I am happy. Daniel provided different options to fit the budget and I will be back when the time arises. Thank you Daniel!!!!

Took my battery to get replaced, came back and the battery was replaced the backwards and it messed with my hood, and my gas was a quarter lower.

I bought $1,000 tires from them 2 months ago & about a month ago my tire popped, I went back to the store to change out my tire, they told me my tire was out of stock & there was nothing they could do about that, it’s now been a month the tires I bought never came back in stock and now I have to pay extra for a new tire from somewhere else. Even though I had the warranty on the tires they never tried to help me out a bit with this situation. So if your tires ever go out of stock don’t have any hopes of them ever coming back in stock or management helping you. It’s even more frustrating because these tires are brand new I just bought them and they can’t even help me out a little bit.
