Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I'm from a small town with the closest Sam's 100 miles away. Over spring break last year I drove out of state to visit the grandkids in Arizona. While there I thought I'd get my tires rotated and balanced according to my Sam's Club warranty. The tire shop manager told me my tires where too thin and refused to do it, but tried to get me to buy a new set. I asked how much I would get back on my tire warranty. He said they didn't do that in Arizona. A few months later, back in Utah, I called my Sam's club in Provo and explained my predicament and tried to order a new set. Unfortunately they had to see them to offer any warranty. (An extra 200 mile round trip). When they inspected them (over 3 months later) they said they hadn't been worn enough to get a new set, and balanced and rotated them

Thank you Eric and Andrew. :) I was in the rush to Sam’s club because the threading on my tires were horrible and I had class the next day early in the morning. It was probably an hour before they closed and I knew my chances were slim getting my tires changed but I knew I had to at least ask to see if they might have enough time. Eric and Andrew were super helpful. They were able to change my tires in 30 mins. I appreciate that they were able to make an exception due to the fact my tires were bad and could possibly pop at anytime because of the inner wires showing. Thank you so much Eric and Andrew for your hard work and caring for your customers. They need a bonus or raise for the help they provided.

Understaffed!!! I bought my tire at 1600 and they said theres a 1700 open appointment… and at 17:28 they havent touch my car.. only 1 person working…. If i should have known, I woudnt bring my car here but since my work is just walking distance from Sams club when my car died, I give it a go.. never again…… i asked them if i can just take the battery with me and not install it and return it, they wont let me… or just take the battery and have it installed somewhere else.. nope they wont

This was terrible!!! We had a 6pm appointment and were told they were understaffed and behind schedule with a new person on shift. We waited over 2 hours and only 3 of the 4 tires were done. The young man couldn't remove the 4th tire from the rim. So now we have to go to Discount tomorrow to have them do it. We were told we could bring it back to them once the tire was off but do we want to come back there and wait for more incompetency?!?! Also, when I said I wanted to talk to a manger about getting some of our installation fee returned the young man said, "Well we did 3 of the 4". Ya, umm that is NOT complete!

Antonio helped us today when we came in with a tire issue. He was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. You could tell he was very busy and they were short on help today but he remained very helpful and efficient on working in the shop and managing the front desk. We will definitely be coming back and asking for his help! He made having a tire going flat turn into a wonderful experience overall!
