Sam's Club Tire & Battery

This is my first truck with big tires. I never thought Sam's would be my choice but after shopping around this was the winner. Excellent selection a warranty with serious weight behind it. Judah was my technician and he killed it. Treating my truck like it should be in my opinion. If you are on the fence get off and buy your tires here. This is my 3rd set for 3 different vehicles.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I got outstanding service at the Sam’s Club Tire Center. The whole team was great, but the technician who worked on my tires was exemplary. I showed up 20+ minutes early for my appointment and my car went in immediately—no waiting, no sighs, no “have a seat and we’ll see.” That alone deserves applause. The initial technician saw me at the counter (didn’t catch his name, unfortunately), had a smile and a great attitude. He was a great listener, and he even did a visual inspection of my new tires before sending them into the garage. That interaction instantly inspired confidence. I also appreciated Noah's good attitude and professionalism. At one point, I stepped outside to look into the shop. He made sure I stayed outside the safety boundaries of the shop and calmly, kindly explain

Judah was amazing; he went out of his way to help me with my tires, even when he was short-handed. Never once did he show any annoyance or grievances for having to replace my tires alone. He did an excellent job communicating how long it will take. He maintained his professionalism throughout the exchange. And did an amazing job on putting on my tires. They drive smoothly, and I have peace of mind knowing that my tires were installed by a true professional.

The BEST tire service probably in the whole golden triangle. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about what they are doing and how they do it. Big THANKS TO MR. JUDAH, NATHAN and MICAH, there guys are the most efficient in the business. Sam's Club is BLESSED TO HAVE THEM. HOWEVER, MR. JUDAH HAS THE BEST LEADERSHIP, DEPARTMENT KNOWLEDGE and PEOPLE SKILLS IN ALL OF SAM'S! BE WELL GUYS!

Judah was absolutely amazing at his customer service, made me feel at home. Sold me some crossclimate2 Michelin tires. He has great leadership skills teaching his tech. I feel safe and comfortable with this transaction. Nathan and Joshua did fast service. Thank you for your help.
