Sam's Club Tire & Battery

They damaged both wheels they were replacing the tires on them tried to tell me the scratches were there before. Paula (a manager) admitted that the paint and metal shavings still on the rim were evident of fresh damage. Upon further inspection I saw they forgot to put on the hub centric ring and when brought to their attention, they had no idea what that was (it goes on 99% of all aftermarket wheels). When they went to lift the truck to put it on, they lifted it from the step motors and bent the automatic side steps and likely bent the step motor brackets as well.

Good prices. I am standing at the desk for about 10 minutes waiting. Still waiting after asking twice. I guess they need to hire someone to work at the front desk in case a customer walks in the door

Got tires for my Nissan. Had a few problems but it was taken care of.

Had to go twice in order to purchase tires. No one was there Wednesday evening. Separate from rest of club as per manager we asked for assistance from. She couldn't sell us the tires. Went back Thursday morning and purchased tires (which were out of stock online) and was told they were too busy to mount two of the four. An employee loaded on cart and we loaded in car. Went to our local tire place, and in less than 20 minutes, they had mounted and balanced two tires and moved front to back.

Great price, great service. Got four tires for my Honda Accord out the door under $400. 80,000 mile tires. In and out in under 25 minutes.
