Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Most incompetent workers i have ever met, the term rotating tires is a nuance to them, overcharged me for the most simple job out there and couldnt do it correctly, they need to stop giving them their certificates from a cereal box, when confronting the workers i was left with a cold shoulder and disrespect. Please do not come to these unprofessional non certified workers

Four new tires installed and balanced in just over an hour. Staff was kind and a pleasure to talk too even though it was 5-6pm on a Friday. 21st June '25-Different vehicle getting new tires. Donald is nice at the front desk and every tech I've talked to is polite and just generally a cool group of guys.

Do not go here unless you want your rims damaged while they changed the tires and then have them try to play it off. On top of them damaging my rims they could not even inflate the tires to the proper PSI. If I could give negative stars I would. Even though the damage to my rims was clearly fresh the manager could not apologize. Honestly the whole thing would have been a lot less frustrating if the manager could at least have acknowledged a mistake was made and apologized. While the price on the tires was good it was not worth the damage to my vehicle and the headache it's going to take to try to get some sort of credit from them or to have them repair the damage. Stay away because it's just not worth it!

Donald was what made it pleasant.He was friendly and he got us in to get tires.When donald called to let us know tires was ready it did come up Sams.I was disappointed with the phone system when I needed to call them..

I've dealt with Sam's tires at a handful of different clubs but this was the worst experience I've ever had. They let me wait in line for 20 minutes with no cars in the garage before they spoke to me. They went and looked at the car in the parking lot for maybe 3 minutes and came back and said they couldn't do anything and that despite still being open for 4.5 more hours with no one currently being helped they wouldn't have any time to look at it. They offered an appointment for five days from now. Yeah sure I'll keep driving on a bad tire for a week. Definitely the nail in the coffin for my business with Sam's for tires.
