Sam's Club Tire & Battery

They didn’t put 2 of my wheel cap covers back on my CRV. After spending over $1k on top of the line tires I’m very disappointed that I have to replace parts that weren’t missing before installation.

Tommy, the manager at Sam’s Club Tire and Battery is a stand-up guy. I hadn’t been treated well by a former employee in the Tire and Battery Center with a warranty issue. I was thinking about ending my club membership with Sam’s Club and not coming back. Though it took some time, Tommy helped with the issue and gave me a different impression of Sam’s Club. I appreciate his good customer service.

Left my car and my phone number. They did not call, so I called them. They said they had called several times and left voicemails. There were no calls or voicemails on my phone. Then, I went there and had to buy a tire which they installed after trying to sell me two tires. Got ready to leave and had low pressure indicator. They had to put air in the tires. I get to my destination and find that my hood was not completely latched. WOW!

Careful / tires are sometimes Sam’s/WalMart spec & not the same as specialty tire stores. Not always though, do you homework when buying. Prices always good. Be ready to spend a half day for rotation.

Waiting on a tire rotation and balance.... So far it's been close to 2 hours. We were told max 40 minutes. Not sure what the hold up is. It's like if I don't stand at the window and watch, they disappear and stop working on things. Smh.
