Sam's Club Tire & Battery

The sams tire shop manager wouldn't fix a flat tire at Friday 10am, insist I come back two days later at 3pm with an appointment. Check previous reviews from others with similar bad experience. I understand the appointment system, but for such a large Sams Club location with five stalls, not accomdodating emergency walk-ins is not the way of conducting business, not reasonable. I don't mind waiting a little bit. I am a Sams Plus member for 25 years, have never had trouble get tire fixed at various locations, sometimes near closing time. Won't be back to Sams Club Chesapeake. If this is the only Sams Club near me, I would cancel my Sams plus membership.

I ordered my tires online. Was called a few days later saying they were in. Appointment was for 7 days out to have them installed . I decided to stop early to see if I could get them done sooner and they accommodated me and installed all 4 tires . I always get my tires from Sam’s I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great customer service.

Husband brought 4!!! Tires, then driving it felt like the car was on a vibrater !! Now to go back and have whoever didn’t do it right put the weights on properly and balance all 4 tires !!! Should have been done the first time, now I’m inconvenienced !!

a week after we left the tire center in Chesapeake sq the valve stem leaked air my wife called them to get it fixed it's been a year this month and it's still not fixed and that's with their so called warranty i was gonna have 4 tires on my truck from here but not now i wouldn't recommend this place to no one and they won't answer the phone for nothing

Came in with an emergency tire failure stranded 50 miles from home and the belligerent counter man wouldn't even try to fit me in without an appointment. Like I could plan blown sidewall in advance.
