Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I am IMPRESSED!! I used to get my tires at a wholesale tire place all the way in El Monte for my Model X, but I found out that Sam’s price was the same! Better for me because I don’t have to go all the way to El Monte (I live in Chino). I ordered my tires in advance and when I went to go replace all 4 tires, the tire attendant told me that my back tires were still fine and that I only needed to change my front. He could’ve easily just changed all 4 tires, and I would have spent extra money for no reason, but because of the gentleman, I was able to save money, which means a lot in this tough economy. Tysm to the gentleman who has a tattoo on his right arm (looks like a Halloween groot lol).

thank you to Marvin and Ry. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me with changing a flat tire. They were both patient and worked with me as I tried to figure out warranty details for the original tire, even calling back to update me about warranty, if it was patchable, etc. Marvin also filled all my tires with air before I took off, and gave me more information around their services for future references! I appreciate them and their kindness!

Went shopping at Sam’s club for our regular grocery run and when I returned to my car, the battery was dead. My husband went to the Tire + Battery shop and asked for a jump. Rodrigo gladly assisted us with jumping my car and even took us back to the shop to have the battery checked, despite being minutes to closing. Rodrigo and the team stayed afterwards to help clean out all the corrosion and helped my husband purchase a new battery. We’re incredibly thankful for the amazing customer service and care we received and hope to give credit where it is due. Raises/bonuses for the whole team, Sam’s Club! Thank you!

They should post it on the Website that they do NOT install tires on Teslas. It does not bother me that they don't.. But I ordered the tires I was given an appointment for installation and got off work early arrived 15 mins early just so they tell me NO.

I took my SUV for new tires, and shortly after my TPMS light (Tire pressure monitoring system) went on my dashboard, took the truck back and they said one of the sensors was bad, it was not bad at the time of install as they noted stem replacement declined, when I asked why did they put declined without even telling me about it, they said that it was because it did not need replacement, the sensor is attached to the stem so they would have checked that, the $20 installation per tire covers sensor testing and reset, they said it was not their fault and there would be a charge to fix it, I know they damaged the sensor while changing the tires, so they lost a 15 year customer for good, Im cancelling my Sam's membership and never going there again, stay away from the tire and battery center,
