Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Hugo and his team at the Cicero Sam’s Club Tire and Battery Center are incredible. I have come here for help with my car multiple times, and they have fit me in at the last minute. I am a young woman who oftentimes feels like she is not being taken seriously by people at car repair places, despite knowing what I am talking about. I have NEVER felt this way here. I have always been taken care of and respected. Hugo and his team have always communicated very clearly about the pricing, what is going on with my car, and the outcome. I would literally rather take my car here than to the Volkswagen Dealership for repairs. I recommend Hugo and his team to anyone who needs car repairs!

Came here as an emergency because I got a flat tire. I am not from the area and was very lost. I walked in not a Sam’s club member, so I was hesitant if they would help. The door attendant pointed me to the tire department. I explained the situation and asked if they could just put the spare on if they didn’t have tires in stock. I came in around 5pm and they closed at 7pm and I could tell they were busy. The worker said they could do it just would take a while. I didn’t mind as they were doing me a favor. He asked for my membership number and I said I didn’t have one. He said I needed to be a member for them to put on the donut. I was like ..really are you serious…but again I was in a bind and needed it done so I purchased the membership. I thought he would charge me as well for the labor

Shopping at Sam’s Club was a great experience. The store is spacious, well organized, and stocked with a wide variety of products in bulk at competitive prices. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the shopping process smooth and efficient. I appreciated the wide selection of groceries, electronics, and household essentials. Sam’s Club is a convenient place to shop for quality products while saving money.

Zero starts! Do not come here to have your tires installed. I booked my tires and took a month and 5 days to finally get them done. After being rescheduled +6 times. It was frustrating because I missed all those days of work since they “promised” they would work on my car. And yet they took our money and gave out fake promises. They claimed they don’t have techs.. well hire some and stop booking and taking peoples money until you have good techs to take care of your customers. De nosotros comen! If there’s no customer to work , no pay. Please treat your customers right.

Jorge....when you see his face you can tell right away that he speaks spanish but he didnt even try a bit when I asked him a few questions in spanish. I had a hard time understanding his english but the worst, was his attitude! Hes a jerk. The way he answers and tells you to "listen" if you didnt understand his english. Not trying to have him fire but just humble this little guy pls. I was going to buy tires but i told him "you know what, forget it" and I just left. I didnt even tell him to charge my debit card. I was going to pay cash. Just checked my email and got a message that he proceeded the order when i told him i didnt want it.
