Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I called on Saturday asking for a car battery test. The system routed me to a contact center due to "high call volume" at this club. I spoke with someone named Carlos from El Salvador who told me that Battery Tests are first come first serve and that no appointments are required. I came in first thing Sunday morning (around 10am) and one of the staff members in Tire/Battery said they were busy, but they can schedule an appointment with me the next day (Monday) at noon. I came in on Monday (today) at quarter to 12 and the staff member who was working by himself said the wait would be at least one hour and that there were 3 customers ahead of me. I spoke with one of the customers and he was waiting there since 9am (when the store opens). Another customer had to leave because she was waiting

This place is terrible. GO TO COSTCO. The service is terrible and they are extremely slow. Had an appointment at noon got my car here 15 minutes early. Waited an hour and my car still wasn't pulled in. Finally they get it in the garage after I asked about it then started to change the tire...mind you I am getting ONE TIRE put on. The guy started the work then disappeared at this point it is 1:45pm and the guy is nowhere in sight. I had previously been here on Sunday for 3 hours only to find out they didn't even have my tire which is the only reason I am back. Sam's Club Tire and Battery Brookpark Store is TRASH. DO NOT COME HERE. Again ONE TIRE!!!

Efficiently took care of a flat and corrected an ongoing issue with the seal on my air valve on another tire. Appreciate the team's expertise and thorough work.
