Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I had to get a new battery for my car. And there is a guy who was patient and kind. MR.Chirs I appreciate his customer service

I had a strange issue with the TPMS on my relatively new car—readings were incorrect and inconsistent, and the problem came and went without a clear pattern. It didn’t seem like the sensors should have failed, so I brought it in to the Sam’s Club Tire Center in Concord to get a second opinion. Carlos, the lead who was working the counter, was incredibly patient and thorough. He listened to my explanation, agreed it was unusual, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Once he got into the job and started taking the tires apart, he discovered moisture in the sensors and excess visible on the tyre rims. The tire and battery department is absolutely INCOMPETENT and I will never use them again. I went in to have a dead battery replaced. 15 minutes after I drop it off, they call and tell me they can't replace it. I asked why, and they said "We don't have the right tools." I then went out to my truck in the parking lot and using my standard tool set from COSTCO, I replaced the battery myself. I took the old battery back in and plopped it on the table in front of the guy and said "here's my old battery that you guys said you couldn't replace. I did it myself in your parking lot. You really need better tools. This is garbage. I'll take it up with corporate." The guy shrugged his shoulders and stared at me as I walked out.

Car battery died. Tried to call my mechanic and I went to him but he wasn't open! Someone mentioned that Sam's will install. Very helpful staff. Found the appropriate battery. Good price. I was quoted half hour wait time. I expected to be there longer but was pleasantly surprised when the car as done earlier. Friendly staff. Will go again.

I went in tire get a tire patched. No cars in the bays and 1 guy was holding up a column. The other was busy they had been open for 20 mins. I was told they were very busy and couldn’t accommodate me and that I would have to make an appointment. I’m upset with the service here. Would not recommend it. I went to Les Shwab in Martinez. Keller took care of me, they were busy but I got my tire fixed and no charge. That is customer service Sam’s!
