Sam's Club Tire & Battery

$600 later, I got new tires with extra services. They improperly filled the PSI: FL 38, FR 41, RL 36, RR 38 - they're all supposed to be at 35 but of course the paperwork said they filled it to 30. But I can forgive some air, who wouldn't? What I can't forgive are my damaged rims. I've called the store multiple times since I got home but they don't answer their phone. I think it's only fair to make the manager aware of incompetent employees. The yellow highlight demonstrates the damage done - plus a close up. I will not and do not recommend this place.

Hard to get a hold of. The club’s phone menu option ‘3’ for the tire center only redirects to their national call center regardless of whether the tire center is actually busy. Hit ‘0’ and ask for the tire center… Honestly, it’s probably better to get your local discount tire place to price match.

I got here when they opened...I recommend that time of day. Got in and out in less than 30 minutes...price was also awesome. 12-17-17 --stopped by to register a complaint about the tires I bought having extremely LOUD Road noise from the tread. Asked if I could trade them in on a different set. I got an absolute NO. Asked to speak to a manager..they radioed the manager who was in some unknown location in the building...he asked on the radio what I needed...he told the tech as if I was not standing around that I should have talked to other people who had the tire before I bought them and said there would not be any trade in to satisfy the customer. Not being buying tires from Sam's anytime soon....or ever.

Alex was very helpful with assisting me with my tire. I had a large nail in my tire and Alex was able to assist me in a timely manner. Very professional.

Thank you so much Jacob and Alex for the great service and being very friendly. Jacob was quick to help me replace my tire and Alex was great on keeping me updated and informed on what I should do next before getting all four tires replaced.
