Sam's Club Tire & Battery

My wife and I ordered a set of tires for her car. We had the tires sent to this store. On January 26th she brought her car in to have the tires installed. It was a 6 o'clock appointment. Her and my daughters were there past store hours waiting. Now today, which is January 29th I walk around my wife's car to find one of the four tires installed the wrong direction. Called Toyota where my wife's car gets serviced. It's $50 for them to dismount and remount the tire. Sam's only had one older gentleman working. First off that's not safe for him. Then this employee installs a tire incorrectly. The side wall of the tire says, "outside" or "inside". Even if you look at the tread pattern you can notice one tire is not oriented the same. Had a truck tire go down right in the parking lot, and was able to get it to the doors. Junior helped me fix my flat, and got the spare tire put on right away. He checked the pressure in my spare, and filled it up. What a great guy, and great service. Made sure everything was tight and torqued down to let me drive away safely. Thank you so much Junior !!

Tyler and Wyatt were great when I came to buy and install a tire. They were fast and gave great customer service. I had no issues. Update: Brennan was absolutely incredible and so helpful in explaining everything!!!

I like the program they offer on their tires but at this specific sam's they are understaffed and just don't have good customer service. You can't even get ahold of anyone in the tire department (and this is after trying every day for a week straight). Then the tires I order have no ETA to the store.

I recently 11-10-18 went with a friend to the Sam's club tire center looking for tires. I found a price tag of $105.28 for a Goodyear tire that would work well. At the counter I was told that they were in stock but the price should be $229. After a bit of mumbling between the 2 workers behind the counter, I was told they would honor the $105 price on the tag. After this there was lots of stalling and delays. Other customers were waited on (who arrived after me) and there was lots of movement without anything really being accomplished. I'm not sure if the counter people were killing time or just incompetent. The line behind me grew to about 6 customers while I waited for one of them to get back to me.
