Sam's Club Tire & Battery

It’s Sunday, I had an appointment for Monday for a new battery at the dealer & my old battery went out on me Saturday night, couldn’t wait until the next day so I stopped in and they were busy and said it would be a wait, being a busy bee I couldn’t wait so I had to turn down the wait. Joe told me to give him a minute and he ran to the back, when he came back up hesaid go ahead and pull around and they would squeeze me in so I didn’t have to run around in the cold to get my battery replaced. Thanks for squeezing me in and making it happen on short notice!!

I had a very great experience this morning with Andrew and Luis. They helped me with everything that I needed and it didn't take long at all I will definitely be back

Dropped my car off at 11:00 for a 12:00 appointment. Asked them to call me when it was done. He wrote my phone number down and it was right. So I got busy and noticed it was 3:30. So I call and they said it was done hours ago. I asked why they didn’t call me, the guy read back a wrong number and said that’s why. I go there to pick up my car and look at the paperwork they had me sign and it’s the right phone number on their paperwork. So I’ll take that as they don’t care about calling me!! So they lie and are very rude. I don’t even want to go there anymore because of the way they treat people in automotive!!! Worst customer service ever!! I’ll get my tires somewhere else even if I have to pay more!!!

Initial purchase was ok, except recorded incorrect serial numbers for 3 of 4 tires. 5,000 miles later, time to rotate/balance. Made an appointment for 2pm, I drop it off before 2pm, 45min later, no one has called, so I went back to check, it was sitting out in the parking lot. Checked pressures when got home. One side was 5psi over suggested and the other side was 10psi over suggested. So, just be sure to check their work.
