Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I was getting my stuff ready to go on a road trip to Colorado but noticed that I had a flat tire. I immediately went to Sam’s to get the tire repaired but I got there at 6:55 and they were about to close. I spoke to Chris and he found the problem but at that time they were already closed. Chris went ahead and repaired it after they were closed and forever I will be grateful to him and his excellent customer service! Thank you!!

Used website for the first time, had no issues, picked up order in the parking lot without incident. Sprayed products down with germ-killing spray and allowed to sit for several hours prior to putting away. Highly recommend for anyone above age 50 and anyone with immune deficiencies.

Had to get air checked on all 4 of my tires as my car had been sitting for awhile after a lengthy absence. Zet stopped what he was doing, checked the pressure and aired up all my tires. He also recommended Martin's for an oil change. My car is now safe to drive again. Thanks

2 hours for a simple thing

If you’re planning on making an appointment with the tire center, talk to the physical store not the punjabs over the phone they’ll mess up the appointment. I made an appointment to get my tires rotated and balanced and they said my appointment wasn’t there. Don’t trust the call centers.
