Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Not professional at all and have no idea what they’re doing. Went to have a flat fixed on a Sunday, technician said he couldn’t find the leak. He lost my wheel lock. When I called to ask where they put it at, the technician hung up on me after I said that they were not experienced after calling his technicians “experienced.” 0/10 DO NOT recommend

I brought my car in for a flat repair. Roadside service along the interstate did a repair, enough to get back to town. Went to Sam's, where I purchased the tires. The manager said without looking. "We can't patch/plug when someone else has repaired the tire" Would you still like them rotated tho?. I would have purchased a tire if needed, but at least take a look at the tire. Poor service, and rude - Maverick

The service I have received the last year at the tire and Battery service area has been nothing short of HORRIBLE! Every time I go, it takes over 45 minutes to be taken care of, I make appointment for rotation and balance or new tires it takes HOURS. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO FRUSTRATED. they used to provide excellent service but now it’s deplorable.

I have bought most of my tires at Sams for 20+ years. I'd give them 5 stars for most of that time. When replacing my last set I was told twice I would get a call regarding my warranty status. I got neither call and bought tires somewhere else that actually stocked the tires that are special order at Sams.

Staff was very friendly. They checked my vehicle and discussed what options were available. They allowed me to decide what route to take and followed my directions. Very refreshing to be conferred with first before action is taken.
