Sam's Club Tire & Battery

2 and a half hours to change tires. Go literally anywhere else. They dont tell you where to park and they dont tell you when your car is done. Plus you have to walk through 200 people to access the tire desk.

Great other than when I got my tires put on they felt the need to clear all of my odometers even though I specifically told them not to. Also I've had a slow leak ever since on my back passenger tire.

They took excellent care of me. They went above and beyond to find me a great deal, quickly changed and rotated my tires. I was able to keep my wild young boys (and myself) entertained while walking around Sam’s Club while we waited. Everyone of the employees was incredibly kind, helpful and professional. I will gladly get all of my tires from Sams from now on for the price and the customer service. Highly recommend to all Sams club members!!

Had an appointment for today at 10am. Live an hour from them. Received a call that they can't honor their appointment for today which was placed last week because they are triple booked. Asked for another Saturday and told they are booked. Wanted me to bring it in on mother's Day at 4pm. Cancelled order. Very disappointed my first experience with Sam's club tire.

SHORT Version: I would not EVER buy tires from this department again. The service is atrocious and they are not helpful or responsive. LONG version: Recently I experienced one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. It honestly feels as if the tire service department does not care one bit about it's customers. I had a catastrophic flat tire, meaning there was no way to repair this particular tire. It was still under warranty so I had roadside assistance tow my van to the Sams club where the tires were purchased off Lima road. Roadside assistance and the tow company were great. I went into the Sams tire department and they explained that it may take 3-10 days to order that tire because none were in stock. They said it may be sooner but there is no way to say for sure. Ok
