Sam's Club Tire & Battery

*** THEY JUST HAD 1 JOB! *** I guess I’m the dumb one for trying to save money on tires. When the crew put the new tires on, they did not tighten/torque the lug nuts all the way, so the rear wheel came off while we were driving. Luckily we were on local streets. If we were on the freeway, it probably would have been fatal!! The tow truck driver said that even the front wheels were loose as well. The total damage was over $11,000 which included frame, body, and rear suspension damage. Walmart / Sam’s Club admitted fault, took responsibility and paid for the damages but we are still fighting with them over the DV claim. I will most likely have to take them to court! I highly suggest to everyone to use real TIRE only shop where they are experts that tightening and torquing lug nuts! My 7 year

Horrible customer service and always late . Only one person working the day I went in for some reason. And they were over booked. Also if you buy tires keep your receipt. Because they deleted it of if my history online . Make sure to keep it other wise you don’t get the warranty!

I had such an amazing experience! As soon as I arrived, Sergio guided me on what to do and where to go. Even though they initially said I might have to wait for 4 hours, Sergio inspected my situation right away and got it resolved immediately. Gergo did a flawless job fixing my tire, and Jesus was incredibly helpful with all the paperwork. Sergio, Gergo, and Jesus make the perfect team! Highly recommend their service!

I just visited Sam's Club Tire Center to get my car battery tested, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Not being very knowledgeable about cars, I was a bit stressed when my battery kept dying, requiring a jumpstart every time I needed to drive. The team at the Tire Center, especially Sergio, Freddy, and Brian, were awesome. They tested my battery, confirmed it was dead as it was more than five years old at this point, and after I purchased a new battery from the store, they installed it for me. The entire process was incredibly fast--less than 30 minutes from start to finish! Sergio also explained everything, including the warranty, and they truly took care of me from A to Z. Sergio was the man. He was really kind and went above and beyond by airing up some of my tire

Horrible service, I went in asking for some air for my tires because I don’t know how to do it myself. The service is free just as Costco, which is amazing especially for someone who doesn’t know how to do it. I pulled in and asked if someone can adjust the air in my tires. The guy told me to back up, which I didn’t know to where exactly, so I pulled behind another car that was having an issue with one of the tires. The employee/owner/manager started yelling at me and said, “This is too far.” I adjusted my car, but he never stopped the attitude, and said, “You can come another day.” I asked politely if he could do it and after he agreed, he yelled at me again and said, “Move out of my way.” He also told the guy who’s there for his tire, “Cash only.” Well, there’s no sign stating anything a
