Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Sam’s Club Tire Center is a Disaster! The Lead/Manager?? Needs to be retrained. I went in for tire repair and he said the tire has been repaired and can’t be repaired again that it voids the warranty. The tire had 20K miles on them and they have a 80K mileage warranty. The tires were purchased at Sams and has a Road Hazard Warranty and Mileage Warranty. If he couldn’t repair it he should have replaced it (prorated) that was not offered. He was totally incompetent and Rude. It’s not my problem that you don’t attract or retain good employees. I wonder why….. I would NOT recommend this location any longer due to lack of basic customer service. I am reaching out to Goodyear for help on the matter. Humanity at its best! As of this moment, I am still waiting for a AAA tow after I damaged my tire. It’s been 3.5 hours for a 2.4 mile tow. It happened at Sam’s Club, my rim is damaged as well and the technician there immediately told me they could not help and I am waiting for the car to be towed to Mercedes Benz down the road. It’s a tiny car. No one has those small tires and the left one is leaking air. Sam’s Club, as a courtesy let me wait inside the tire store however long it will take in the end, looking after me. It’s a hot day outside, I appreciate this soo much! This is incredible customer service from amazing human beings. Thank you guys!

Robert and Daryes are the BEST thing since sliced bread and self check out! I walked in with 3 kids under 5 and they were so kind, patient and professional. Everything was done perfectly and in a timely manner! I’m so grateful to know I can count on them for all of my tire needs :)

Took my car in for a tire repair/ replacement on a set of tires that I had purchased about 5000 miles ago. They quickly assessed the problem, ordered a replacement and called me when it had arrived (2days). Very quick and efficient. Buy the comprehensive tire care package. Well worth it!

While pricing is good, service is fairly lacking. I came in with a flat tire in my trunk with the car riding on the spare tire. I personally removed the original tire and installed the spare. When I left Sam's Club, I had mismatching lug nuts that were not mismatched when I dropped it off. They also failed to even spin the tire once after installation or listen to it roll as they parked it in the lot or they would have easily heard that the wheel weight was rubbing the break line. I had to pull over in the movie theater parking lot across the street to troubleshoot why it was making a noise right after the tire replacement. I only gave a second star because the technician I spoke to was willing to look at it quickly when I came right back but refused any responsibility for the lug nuts.
