Usually have a decent experience with the tires center but last time I was in to have new tires mounted, my tpms was damaged and they argued it and wouldn't do anything about it. Don't an on going back after that.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Darren, the manager, regarding a tire warranty claim. Darren was unhelpful and unwilling to honor the warranty. Due to this experience, I will no longer be purchasing tires from your establishment. Improved customer service would significantly influence my decision to consider future purchases.

Good prices on tires. Made an appointment got my tires installed in about 35 min. Will buy from again
