Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Wow where do ai start. 30 yrs of buying tires there, prolly 25 sets’ish. Fired all the old employess, justifed?? I dunknow. However the new crew, uses no common sense. First they said they cant put the tires on I ordered as they dont match the car. I said the tires i ordered on your app?? With my car info on it?? Matching the tires already on the car, abpve the tire size that matches the door sticker on car?? First hurdle finally cleared. I had 2 lugs abit over tightened, their impact, Im know set in low would loosen. I told em to use a breaker bar, nope sir cant do that might break. I said its fine if it does although I knew it would break. Told em I would not hold em liable. Nope sir cant. Fine, back it out of shop and I will loose it. Nope sir cant, on our property. U can drive to Harb

We went shopping and just roamed around for a while. We found more things to buy than we had planned. Check out was quick and easy. We had a late lunch there and we like their big hot dogs.

Grant was rude. He didn't know why I was buying the tire my husband had picked it was going to be loud, he made the whole experience uncomfortable. The other employee was very helpful.

I went to deliver a load and as usual, they took care of me. An in and out deal. Friendly staff, clean restrooms. They really know how to take care of drivers

Great store with consistantly low priced items. I look forward to their ever changing selection of quality items.
