Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Well, my appointment was at 11:00. As I sit here 2 1/2 hours later, 2 tires are on the rim. Pretty sad service. Guess someone called in sick or they need more help. 😡😣

Every shopping experience just gets worse and the quality of food is horrible! I have stopped buying produce altogether, it goes bad in 2 days, the bottom of the bags of green beans, lemon etc is filled with already molding food… I live too far to turn around and go back!!! The deli meats are also in their last days when purchased I don’t care how far back you reach!!! Limited supply on major things! I bough the same bacon I always buy, not the less expensive brand and I had bacon crumbs instead of strips.. the bacon was breaking and mushy, more like larger bacon bits!!! I could go on but I am running out of room.. I will be returning to BJs which is 7 min away and if I enter Greensboro it will be for Costco!!! The lines are worth the quality!

My car was serviced there for a battery today on 11/04/2024 and now my remote start won’t work and it was working properly fine yesterday I only had my car for a year and I know how I take care of my and a piece and I would like a to speak to a supervisor or manager asap or even the corporate office

Got my tires rotated and balanced this afternoon. The two gentleman that I worked with were very pleasant to talk to, explained to me what was going on with my tires, looked me in my face when we spoke, and were just really nice. I really appreciated them!

Department understaffed. Sam's Club here is going thru rough times. Terry the man taking care of my problem seems very polite, and working to help everyone. I just have a concern about his and the one or two other staff that are not able to get things done. They need one expiditer that stays at the desk, and keeps things moving.
