Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Avoid this place!!!! I was there because my tire pressure light was on. I drove near the gates where they took the cars Everyone ignored me. Then I parked and went inside. After a long wait(while no one else was there and listening to a manager trying to market their stupid Mastercard credit cards) I could talk to a guy called Bryan and I was told that they had an appointment and I would have to wait for a while. Bryan said if I wanted some air it would be quic k. I settled for just getting some air but I was surprisingly told to leave the store and drive my car near the gates!!!! I told them I was already there and no one paid attention to me but it looked like that is the way these people are.

Went to get my car wheels changed and workers broke my LED system in my car. Gave me my keys and told me nothing about how they broke it.

I had an incident on yesterday that tells me that this department needs revamping. Service techs have no customer service skills. They just have a job and they take their time doing it. An hour and half + to do a tire rotation is ridiculous and unacceptable. They have no accountability or time restraint. One customer with an appointment and one (me) who checked in before him got my vehicle in the bay before his didn't get my car until after 11am and car was in bay about 9:20a (06-28). Matthew checked me in and said that appointments had priority, but it took him and Richard almost 2 hrs. to get both vehicles ready. I had to knock on the window around 10:30 to see what was the issue on why it was taking so long for my car to be completed and he didn't have an answer. Richard was working on

Do not buy tires from Sam's If your rim is damaged They will not transfer your tire or anything. they only will install there new stuff Service wise not good

Fantastic crew. Had a tire problem and they got me a new one in under 30 minutes! Way faster and more efficient than other places I’ve been. Big thanks y’all.
