Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Very sad performance with their techs. We brought my wife’s car in for a leaking tire. About 20 PSI a day. They say they can’t find anything wrong. They send us on our way. It keeps happening. 10 days later, we take it back. Tech attempts to tell us there’s nothing wrong with it. We fight them and explain that everyday we’re adding air, something is wrong. They deny. They just replace the tire under warranty. Very next morning, I’m down 20 psi. So I decide I’m going to troubleshoot it myself and in 3 min found the problem with soapy water. Absolutely lazy effort. The rim had a crack in it. But they didn’t even try and look. Just bad all around and lazy. Two separate times and neither found it.

I love sams club as a shopping store but not as a tire place. They offer to patch holes in tires for free for there members but twice now they wouldn't patch a tire for me or my spouse. First reason was because the screw was near the side/edge of the tire so they wouldn't do it after waiting almost an hour. This second time the screw was in the middle of the tire so I thought for sure they would fix it for free. Nope. This time they said the reason I'm losing air is because of a small gash that's on the side of the tire. They wouldn't even pull the screw out and patch that atleast. I've had that small gash for almost 2 years now and its never caused my tire to lose air. Your tire service needs to go away if you can't even help your customers. I'll gladly pay Silance tire to do what you can

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Christopher in the tire center has a HORRIBLE attitude and treats customers like they are dumb. It takes them over 2 hours for an appointment for a tire change and they shrug it off and don’t care about it. SAMS HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES IN YOUR TIRE CENTER! These guys do not give any care! You should never greet a customer with hostility and be overly sarcastic and give attitude like you are still in high school. If you don’t like your job then QUIT IT!

Ordered tires and paid for installation. Tires came in earlier than expected and they called to schedule an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes before appointment time and checked in with the associate. The associate and was nice and super friendly, however, my complaint is with the speed of service and their lack of urgency. I waited over 3 hours for my tires to be installed. This is outright absurd when I have a scheduled appointment. This experience will certainly affect my next tire purchase as this was my first time buying tires from Sam’s. I’ve been to tire shops before the have installed a new set of tires and balanced in 20-30 minutes. I am extremely disappointed and warn anyone else that is thinking of purchasing tires from Sam’s… go somewhere else and getter faster service

We have been Sam’s Club Members for years and have been a plus member now for 5+ years when we started buying tires for our vehicles here. This is strictly for the TIRE AND BATTERY SECTION, customer service has diminished year by year and the attitudes given by employees is becoming increasingly atrocious. First, when you try to call and establish an appointment it sends you to a national call center vs the actual store, so last week when we attempted to make an appointment to have the tires rotated on one of our vehicles my wife was able to make an appointment then received a phone call from the store to cancel it because “their air compressor was down and they were debating on replacing it or if they were going to spend the money to fix it” and could schedule an appointment for two weeks
