Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I made glasses at optical. Ms. Amy was phenomenal. Glasses were good and beyond my expectations. After mistreatment i received at Coastco Sam's felt like angels. I am deleting Coastco from my system and will be going to Sam's only.

I came for help to get a new tire as the tow truck brought me here and they saw that my car was towed. They didn’t have the type of tire needed but when I ask to help me get the spare tire on they denied service. Some bolts are extremely hard to remove. How unfriendly they are on a time of need and off course I was going to pay for their service. It’s ironic I had to call people to help me out to do this at the front of their shop. Bad bad bad service. Hope this doesn’t happen to any of them.

I had 4 tires balanced and rotated and they did everything right. They followed the rotation pattern I requested, the torqued the lug nuts to the correct torque, they filled the tires to the correct pressure, they did not scratch, dent, tear, or stain any part of my car. Sad to say, but not all tire places treat you this way. And the price was only $15.52.

Really wish I got the young ladies name because she was amazing!!! She was so nice and helpful. She took the time to explain to me what was happening and even tho she couldn’t fix the problem herself and I had to go buy some lug nuts, she made sure I knew exactly what to get and told me the prices and everything. There department should be more prepared with necessary spare parts but that’s not the employees fault. Great customer service all around.

Bought tires and kept getting a low pressure warning. Came back to get it fixed and had to bring it back. I think they gave me cheap used tires cause it’s only been 7 months and they are worn all the way down. I will never come back here again.
