Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I’ve bought at least 4 sets of tires here. Always a good deal and the customer service is 5 stars. I will not go anywhere else bc of how good I’ve been treated here.

Went there two hours before closing. He told me that he didn't have time to do my tires because he was by himself. However, there were zero vehicles inside the shop to be worked on. Maybe he was just mad because he had to work by himself 🤷‍♂️. But I think two hours would have been more than enough time.

Exceptional service and a great price. Zach in particular is just excellent. If I was starting a business, any business not just auto related, I would be hiring him.

1 Star is as low is I could give them. Trying to call for tires for over an hour and nobody will answer the phone in any department at noon. Typical incompetent workers I expect at sams.
