Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Battery went dead on 2013 Ford Escape. Kid comes out with a charger that wasn't able to charge it. Said they don't have the expertise to change. Good Samaritan jumps it off with no problem. Took it to hibdon. They changed the battery with no problem.

The men are always very helpful. I never have to wait long, especially when I book an appointment. I've been here at least 4+ times and every visit has been a positive experience. The only downside is you can never speak to an employee- it's all through corporate.

Very poor. Used Sams for many years and now never again! Had a problem with a flat and the lug nuts. Took the vehicle to Sams. They tried for a short time and then told us to take it somewhere else to get the lug nuts off. They thought the whole thing was funny! The Tire Manager also didn’t care! I called the regular Manager and he didn’t care. I wanted him to talk to him. He would not then hung up on me and he never called back! Very poor customer service. I
