Sam's Club Tire & Battery

So fast and efficient! Walked in with a suspected dying battery. They got my battery test done in less than 5 minutes and then replaced my battery on the spot without any wait. Very grateful!

Dear manager today in the red shirt. Your job is to manage, not to yell at customers. On the way out, I took a moment to watch your behavior. You sat in the food court (I understand you were frustrated at families coming after you tried to stop the line with 3 allowable minutes still left), but you should not have a melt down. I’m disgusted by your leadership. You flung your arms up in the air and said “what the hell” as a young family got in line to get the last pizzas. I know it’s Christmas Eve. You repeated it and whined about it over and over again. However, your actions are a poor reflection of your management and leadership skills. I suggest you find another field to work in where bullying customers is accepted. Smh….

I went to pick up an order and just as I was ready to leave, my car dies. I was blessed by being outside Sam's tire and Battery. They came out and tested the battery and jumped it. Started but only to die again. I had AAA battery installed, so I called them. I called them at 2:00 pm. and by 5:00. they still hasn't showed up. My cell phone was needing charged, I was hungry, hot and tired.Decided not to wait any longer and had Sam's replace it as well as the windshield wipers.They had me out about 20 minutes later. Appreciated them taking me in without an appointment. By the way I'm a 71 year old single woman and was getting nervous over the thought of Sam's Club closing at 6:00. And one more thing? They even came out to my car and brought me water while I was waiting in the heat. Saved my d

Minus 1 star for calling FIVE TIMES, as you get forwarded to a call center and the call always drops. The fourth time I asked the call center to forward me and tire & battery didn't answer. The fifth time I called the club and spoke with membership services to forward me directly to the tire & battery phone and finally had luck. Minus 1 more star for having to jump through several hoops just to schedule a battery replacement.
