Legitimately awful. When I ordered my tires they called quickly to schedule an “ appointment” to get them installed. Showed up at the scheduled time and it took them 15 minutes to get someone to the counter. Currently we’re an hour past the time I finally got the keys to them and they still haven’t moved the car from its parking spot. Even with the discounts from membership they aren’t worth using.
I had a mishap at my last appointment so I walked in a bit apprehensive but Clifton in Tire and Battery was so nice and helpful. I hope I see him again next time :)
General shopping, have bought tires, have been there weekly. Revised membership yesterday. Didn't go well.
Glad to have a Sam's club here in town in Longview. Usually have what I need and with the point system they have for being a business member I end up with a big bonus in December for buying so much through the year.
Great tires, fair price. Get road hazard, it's worth it.
