Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I had an appointment for a tire rotation and balance and after 2 hours of waiting I was told I needed to wait another 30 minutes. The excuse was a "pole" was broken. I assume a lift. Either way there are 3 other lifts in the shop. Upon asking why I was not informed "Flor" said it had been broken when I made the appointment days earlier and they hoped it would be fixed. This entire excuse should have been communicated on the day of the appointment and also when I checked in, NOT two hours later...This is a completely bogus excuse. There were only two workers in the shop. They got behind and blamed it on a broken "pole." I HAD AN APPT AT 2P TO GET A BATTERY REPLACED, AND LEO HAD IT DONW IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES, I WAS IN AND OUT..VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE LADY FLOR WAS SO SWEET AT FRONT DESK..YALL ARE SO AWESOME

Called about an air leak in a tire. 11 am appointment, was not waited on until 11:30 along with 3 other folks. Found a leak in the air fill sensor and replaced it. 2 hrs later job finished. Have patience people some jobs take time! Good job SAM'S CLUB

*Cant get an answer on the phone hardly. *Ordered the wrong tires, had to reschedule. *appointment is at 4:00, I came at 3:40 and it 2hours later its finally done. *rediculous. * while I'm waiting another customers tires were ordered wrong.

Good price and good service! I had some item stuck in my tire and they ordered me a new one. Definitely recommend!
