Sam's Club Tire & Battery

The call center booked me for an appointment that the tire center was not capable of fulfilling (they call center also put it under the wrong car, even though I gave them all the correct information). Also, the tire center almost never has the tires that I need in stock. They also tell me that I “have to buy” two or four tires even when I only needed one. Went across the street to discount tire and got taken care of no problem.

Meh Price on my new tires were good in January, but they were not balanced properly and now I have to get them rebalanced at a different facility because they weren't done well the first time.

Had an issues where a local dealership wasn’t able to help but thankfully Matt and Graham were able to fix the issue! No other tire center had availability and they went out of their way to make sure my tire was safe for my son and I. 10/10 definitely recommend

DONT EVER BUY TIRES FROM SAM'S. I JUST FOUND OUT TO GET MY TIRES ROTATED I NEED AN ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP WHICH I WAS NOT TOLD WHEM I BOUGHT THEM. SO NOW I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER TIRE SHOP TO GET ALL MY ROTATIONS AND PROBABLY ROAD HAZARD ISSUES TAKEN CARE OF. THIS IS COMPLETE GARGABE.

Always clean and stocked. The door checker is pretty annoying, though. Cheap food for lunch also!
