Sam's Club Tire & Battery

So I took my car to get a rotation and balance and when I went it took them an hour. Sure, fine. When discussing my car’s tires, they said “whoever I took it to previously” (them, because I bought my tires and they put them on) the driver side had a 19 instead of a 21 lug, thats all, just get that fixed. The “issue” lug was sticking out visibly, much more than I had ever seen on my car. Went to the auto shop and they told me two studs were broken. I was not informed of this. My rim was coming off because it was not put back on correctly. The only reason this is a 1 rather than a 0 is because I am not allowed to put a 0. :)

brah literally the 3 times ive gone here, the workers are always so rude to me! if youre a girl just dont go here by yourself🫩its genuinely appalling how they treat me. They’re condescending, dont listen but will get sassy when you talk to them. Hello?? Why are we entering a sassy man apocalypse?! GROWN MEN BTW! I always go with my dad now and of course they talk different.

I tried to call to see the price on something. The gave me the run around for about 10 minutes after giving my membership number and acted like I wasn’t the account holder. Lost my business and I’m canceling my membership after this. I just needed a price on a tire since I’m stranded on the side of the road.

Got a battery 10/30/23. This morning 11/14/24 it was dead. Had it tested at an auto parts store where it failed. Seeing that it had a 3yr warranty I took it to sams for replacement. Waited in line for 30-40mins only for the employee to take battery. He assured me he'd call me in 1 hour to let me know the status. 4 hours later I had to call myself only to not get a response. Drove straight there after work hoping to just get it and go. Waited another 30 minutes for someone to come to register, only to be told the battery was good. I'm never buying a battery or any electronics from Sam's again. I missed 5 hours of work dealing with this and the technicians acted like they had something better to do the whole time. I guess warranty doesn't earn commission.

Service was great. They took the rim out of the back of my truck, replaced the tire and even put the spare back under the truck for me. All done in under an hour while I shopped!
