Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I arrived at the Sam’s Club Auto Center around 6:25 PM, well before their posted closing time of 7:00 PM. There were no other customers in line, but I was told they were already closed and could not help me with a flat tire. I understand that some work may take time, but with over 30 minutes left and no visible queue, I expected at least an explanation or effort to help—especially from a business that publicly advertises being open until 7 PM. As a paying member, I found the experience frustrating and disappointing. If there’s an internal cutoff time for service, it should be clearly communicated at the counter or online to avoid wasting customers’ time.

I bought 4 tires from Sams Club for my Honda. I had to let my Sams Club membership expire (couldn't afford). We got a flat tire so I called to get it repaired and was told they would NOT stand by their warranty of free flat tire repair unless I renewed my membership!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Shout out to Q, who took in my tire/wheel with a sizable screw stuck in it. He said he’d give it his best and was successful! He was welcoming, professional and confident! Thank you, Q!

1 week to schedule a tire rotation and balance. Front desk person is trying to tell me it's not out of balance if my steering wheel vibrates on the highway, but not in the city. Cleary he doesn't understand that if a tire is spinning faster on the highway, any balance issues are amplified.. physics.

The BEST Customer Service Ive received in a long time!! Went above and beyond to get the tires I needed. Price was $200.00 cheaper than getting them at Goodrich that was 2 miles away for the same tires!!
