Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I could not be any happier with the quick turnaround and great customer service that I received with the replacement of a damaged tire for my car. Thank you to all the Sam’s Club Miramar Tire Center staff members. I appreciate all of you.

According to Google, Sam’s Club Tire opens at 8 am. Sheldon, the tire manager said I have a 10 o’clock card. Confused, I asked what he was talking about. He repeated that I had a 10 o’clock card; like I’m supposed to know what that means. Apparently I can upgrade so that I can come into the tire center at 8 o’clock. There was absolutely nothing going on in the tire center. So instead of taking the nail out of my tire, they decided that I would have to wait until 10. (or, I could upgrade my membership) Instead of considering all members as a priority. They would rather wait two hours do absolutely nothing get paid by Sam’s to wait in the hopes that a Premier member would walk in. So they’re going to sit and take money from the company and do absolutely nothing. To top it off, I asked Sheldo

Bought 2 tires there about 11 months ago, had warranty for the tires. Went to use warranty so I get another set of tire, the manager at the time said he cant help because I did not come for tire rotation, and they discontinued that tire also. Was not pleased with results, been wanting to call main number to file a complaint, although he said that wouldn't matter, but I haven't had a chance to do so. I did go and get 2 new tires somewhere else, much better quality for the price, sam charges fees for tire disposal and 1 or 2 other fees making charges more, even if tire prices look cheaper with those addons, ones need to evaluate options.

They didn't have my tires in stock, but they were very professional and courteous. I would come back here for my auto needs again. Definitely don't go to Costco. They were very rude to me.

Do not go here, horrible customer service. Went last night at 5p was told by a african guy that the car has to be in the bay before 5pm in oder to get tires, because they close at 6pm. Went back first thing the following morning at 10am and the same unprofessional guy you have to park over by the cones. I get out and ask for 4 tires he stated they have to order the tires and it will take two weeks to get these. Sam's really need to look into there hiring practices. Don't go here nothing but horrible customer services and NO SERVICE. Went to Goodyear and received my tires from qualified professionals.
