Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I had an appointment scheduled from 2:00–3:00 p.m. for a single tire installation. I dropped off my vehicle at 1:45 and waited on the bench for about an hour and a half. Around 2:54, the male tire technician informed me it would be another 20 minutes. I followed up again around 3:10 because I had another appointment at 3:30, which is about a 20-minute drive from Sam’s. I understand things happen, but I believe it’s important to be punctual and respectful of scheduled appointment times, as delays can create a chain reaction for customers—missed or rescheduled appointments, rearranged plans, and additional stress. If the team is short-staffed or running behind, letting customers know at drop-off would make a big difference and allow us to plan accordingly.

Awful experience every time. No one picks up and no one is at the front desk

This place prioritizes all visits before any warranty work. Which is ridiculous. Makes no sense to purchase then.
