Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Honestly, my visit didn’t go perfectly at first. There was an issue with the tires that were initially installed and it definitely turned into a longer afternoon than I expected. That said, Jose is the reason I’m leaving this review. The second I brought the issue to his attention, he came outside, looked at everything with me, and immediately acknowledged it. No defensiveness, no brushing it off, just straight into solution mode. He kept me updated, stayed calm and made sure it was handled the right way. Because of him, I left satisfied. If you see Jose working on your vehicle, just know you’re in good hands.

Call to make an appointment, simple instructions all I needed work tires I purchased to be put on mounted and balanced. The guy couldn't understand English. He started asking me for all my information and I said I just need a price. Then he told me $80 then he started asking what type of tires I bought after he had asked me three times if I bought them there I would have a warranty Etc. After telling him I already purchased the tires he was putting me on hold to look for my purchase. I did not purchase my tires there. Finally, I said you don't understand English I will go somewhere else. This is disgusting, if people can't speak English don't put them in a communications job!

Would have given them zero stars if I could. 2nd terrible experience trying to get tires rotated. 1st appointment they said an employee walked out a few hours ago and couldn’t do it. Next appointment today my husband is 2 hrs after the appointment time and just got in. Ridiculous. Don’t buy tires there and don’t think they will rotate as advertised without a great deal of stress to the customer. Shame on you SAMS don’t offer a service you can’t provide!

If you have time to waste, this is the place. I made an appointment a week in advance for a 4-tire change. When I arrived, they told me it would take about 2 hours. Two hours went by and my car still wasn’t even in the bay. I asked for an update, and they said they were short-handed and were still looking for my tires. Going on 3 hours now.

Worst service ever. The main tech who deals with tires and batteries doesn’t even know how to unlock a wheel lock. I had to make an appointment twice but they still had the same issue. I had to wait for 3 hours just for them to tell that they are unable to unlock the wheel lock. Never buying tires from them again.
