Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Purchased tires here because they promised tons of benefits. Road hazard warranty, and road side assistance specifically. My wife got a nail in her tire, and was stranded with my little girl. I called it in and they said it would be 45 minutes. We received multiple reschedule texts and three hours later, they were still stranded. I called a Jiffy Lube that was located close by and they came over and put the spare on free of charge. I took the tire to get it repaired, and they refused to repair it and didn’t provide any warranty on the tire.

I got horrible customer service there when I took my van to get the battery checked. I was having trouble getting it started without a jump, so I took it to get the battery checked and prepped to get a new battery. The man that I talked to said he would be happy to check the battery, and after he did, said that it was fine and that I did not need a new one. This is after I explained my situation to him and he knew that I was driving my 2 small children around town. After leaving my van died 2 additional times and so I ended up at Autozone where the battery was checked again. The tech said that the battery was not good after he ran the check twice (just to make sure). So Autozone for the win and the sale. I called, could not get through. Was transferred to a call center, made an appointment. Showed up and they did not show an appointment. I asked if they could work me in, I was told they couldn't guarantee what time they could get to it. When I left there were absolutely no vehicles in any of the bays, and the person I was dealing with watched me drive away. Waste of my time totally

Poor customer service. 2nd time to encounter this behavior with the same associate (don't remember his name), he has a beard with alot of tattoos), rude and unprofessional. Have been waiting for new tires almost for 8 days. Went on time and he told me that he can't mount them because of rust and told me to get them done somewhere else.i went to another place and go a new tire with no issues.I wouldn't go there again

Purchased 4 Michelin tires online because customer service in tire /battery department is atrocious and not able to get in person..no call for appointment to install after tires arrived . So unless i can wait a week for next available appointment .. i have to take elsewhere to mount/balance etc. Just poor communication/service..and we PAY to be members ?..lol.. good luck
