Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Arrived at 5pm and it is currently after 7pm and still waiting for a simple flat to be fixed. Only one car in the shop in front of me. Finally ran down front end manager at 6:30 and he at least had them pull the car in to have a look. The young man at desk informed me that it could be a minute because they were installing tires on a X5 at time of arrival,.whatever that means. Nevertheless, 2 hours is an absurd amount of time to wait when they were not busy at all literally one vehicle in front of me. I use Sam's Club all over the state of Texas and have never had an experience similar to this. Go elsewhere!!

So a three star review is pretty much specifically due to the children that work there they are an absolute waste of space. They sit there looking at their phones when they’re supposed to be helping the customers shocker

We placed an online order for pickup. I was quickly acknowledged, and the Sam's Club associate brought our order out on a flat cart. I remained in the drivers seat, as usual, while our order was promptly loaded into the back of our SUV. When I drove back home, Newcastle, OK, I realized we were missing about half of our online grocery order. My wife usually picks up our order and has never had this issue. She thought I was joking at first. She called Sam's Club & confirmed all our cold/frozen items were still in there. I would recommend that Sam's Club use a verification method of some type to ensure all items that have been ordered & paid for are given to the customer. This is for another Sam's - I guess I don't know how to navigate the site. ;( Anyway, we just got gas at the Sam's club in MWC. There was a very congenial worker out there - even washed our windshield!! He said he can tell how old people are by their reaction. "They either say. I've never had that done, or they say, That reminds me of the old days." He's quite a character. Hope he gets a raise, or a bonus.
