Sam's Club Tire & Battery

This is the ABSOLUTE worst tire center ever!! I can't even express how awful the customer service and service is here. Let me start with my original tire purchase a few years ago, I left and had continuous tire pressure issues, having to air up my tires every day. Came back a week later and found out they had forgotten to seal a tire properly. Continued to have issues with another tire, air, came back, etc. This time they said I ran over something. Another tire issues, this time I got management involved, as I was about to drive across country and to please make sure they were OK. Get less than 3 hours away, had to air up a tire. A few more tire issues over time, but I never went back to that Sam's again (refused to) until this weekend when we blew a tire 6 minutes away. Went there

This location is poorly managed. I had a 11am appointment to put my new tires on my car. They waisted a hour of my time, and had to go to the Keller store. They were completely out of the sticky weights to balance my tires. The NRH tire and battery is horrible! They don’t care! They are horribly slow!

I have to preface my review by saying that I ordered tires online for delivery and installation at this Sam's Club. So, I did not get to personally experience the pleasure of buying in the store which sounds like a nightmare. There are 4 or 5 bays at this Sam's Club, however, when I was there on a Tuesday at 5:00PM there were only TWO people working. Keep in mind, there were TWO people tasked with manning the installations of tires *and* covering the service desk which is inside (not outside.) I can't blame the technicians, this is solely at the feet of the general manager of the store for not properly staffing the Tire & Battery department. My 3 stars are for the price of the tires (the price was great and unbeatable by any other tire place in town.) The minus 2 stars is for the lack

If I could put a zero I would. The service here is beyond pathetic. David the head technician is absolutely pathetic and doesn't want to work and their customer service is the worst and there is no one there at the counter to attend. Waited here over two hours and finally they did not even fix my problem. These guys are absolutely a joke I ended up having to go to discount tire to get my stuff fixed even though you are supposed to get free balances and rotations as long as you buy your tires from Sam’s. Never doing business here again. Stay away!

It’s ok, they have batteries that won’t burn all your money.
